Coming into week two, I was excited to start putting myself to use and find my rhythm. I’m happy to say I did just that.
When looking back to Monday, I feel like I've already learned so much since then. I got to shadow Nyah and Yolanda which helped me understand Hubspot a little better and got a better grasp for tickets and all of the work that goes into it. With everyday that goes on, I build a deeper appreciation for each team member and how helpful everyone is. The thing I love most about our team is the transparency that is always present. Everyone is so amazing at communicating and it is truly a reflection of how friendly the work environment is.
Wednesday was my personal highlight of this week - getting to be on the Moss Minute podcast! I wasn't sure what to expect or how much I would actually be participating in the podcast but I ended up getting to be in a lot of episodes. I admired how good of a host Nicole is - she is truly a natural.
I enjoyed spending time with Wesley as well and got a much better understanding of all of the work she is doing as the new head of recruiting. We had such a fun day filming and the energy was amazing - I love days where we get to meet on site and hang out with the team. There wasn't a dull moment at any point in the day and I love being in a professional environment that has laughter, humor, and friendships.
The rest of the week consisted of a lot of Moss Summit planning and helping get everything sorted, along with the kickoff of the intern blog, which I am so excited to be running. I feel so lucky to be a part of such a special internship and I am already looking forward to what all next week holds.
