This week, a big focus was on social media content. Steve and I have been working together to catch up on posting and get content out that's been in the pipeline for the past few weeks and even months. I got familiar with the team's Canva and created some templates and posts for the LinkedIn page, which I had fun with. It gave me a real sense of creative freedom. We also have some posts lined up that I helped Liam get approval for, so it's been a full content week.
On the billable side of things, I helped Alyssa iron out some issues we were having in Paylocity with Letterpress Play and also assisted Nyah with some Scenic work. I've found that the platforms we use, including Paylocity and iSolved, are so much easier to navigate than I expected, and their support systems make a big difference too. I genuinely enjoy jumping into random billable tasks because it keeps things interesting, and there's something really satisfying about completing things task by task.
The thing I'm most excited about right now, though, is the upcoming summit. Since we're a fully remote company, I see it as such a great opportunity to capture the team all together in one place. Our team has such a close-knit dynamic despite never being in the same room, and I think getting to spend that time together and document the little moments throughout the day is going to be really special. I've been spending time this week brainstorming content ideas for it, and I cannot wait.
