This week, I continued expanding my knowledge and gaining hands-on experience by navigating the MOSS ticket system and assisting wherever support was needed.
As I become more familiar with the system, I have grown more confident in reviewing, organizing, and rerouting tickets to the appropriate team members to help keep requests moving efficiently. Being able to contribute to daily operations has given me a better understanding of the importance of organization, communication, and timely follow-up. I also had the opportunity to shadow several team members throughout the week. Observing their day-to-day responsibilities gave me a deeper understanding of the different roles within the department and how each person contributes to the team's success. Asking questions and seeing their processes firsthand helped me connect what I've been learning with real workplace tasks and provided valuable insight into best practices.
In addition to my HR-related responsibilities, I collaborated with my fellow interns on blog content, which allowed me to contribute creatively while working as part of a team. This experience strengthened my communication and collaboration skills and showed me the value of sharing ideas and supporting one another to complete projects successfully!
