Week Two

As we wrap up our second week at Moss Consulting, I have continued to gain a deeper appreciation for the company’s culture and the opportunities it provides for growth.

Moss Team

One of the biggest takeaways from this week was seeing firsthand how Moss creates an environment where employees are encouraged to learn, develop new skills, and gain exposure to different areas of the business. Whether we were working through daily responsibilities, observing how different roles in the company operate, or contributing to new projects, it is clear that growth is something that is actively supported and encouraged throughout the organization. One experience that stood out this week was working on our podcast project. There were plenty of laughs throughout the process, and it was refreshing to see how much everyone genuinely enjoys working together. At the same time, the project demonstrated an important balance that exists within the company. There is certainly room for fun, excitement, and enjoying your work, but there is also an expectation that everyone remains focused and committed to delivering quality results. Despite all the laughter, we accomplished a great deal and made meaningful progress on the project. We also gained valuable insight into different perspectives, experiences, and responsibilities across the company through our conversations. This experience directly reflected another value that has become increasingly evident to me: respect. Moss has cultivated a culture where people are comfortable being themselves while also respecting the time and responsibilities of those around them. Everyone is willing to share knowledge, answer questions, and help others succeed. The combination of growth opportunities and a respectful culture creates an environment where employees can thrive both personally and professionally.

As I continue my internship, I am excited to keep learning from the talented people around me and take advantage of the many opportunities Moss provides to grow and develop while building meaningful professional relationships along the way
