What is Fractional HR?
We provide the services of a full time Director of HR on an as needed basis. Employers with less than 300 employees typically don’t need a full time Director of HR. Moss Consulting provides all the services of a full time Director of HR in a fraction of the time of a full time employee. Our team doesn’t get sick, we don’t require soft costs of health benefits, HSA matches, or 401(k) contribution matches.

How much does Fractional HR cost?
Moss Consulting’s Fractional HR costs tend to cost about 50% the cost of a full time Director of HR.

How do you bill for Fractional HR?
We bill by the hour in 15-minute blocks of time.

Absolutely not. Moss Consulting always has our client’s culture in the forefront of our strategy. We become part of your team, your employees will get to know us and feel comfortable with us. We spend time to understand, promote, and grow your company’s culture.

How do you manage the needs of my employees while you are helping other clients?
We have adopted a ticketing system that our entire team utilizes to prioritize and complete tickets that are submitted?

What is a ticketing system?
Our ticketing system allows our clients and their employees to submit a form with their question or concern from our customized website created for each client. These customized websites will list video with relevant employee updates, a form to submit a ticket, or schedule a video meeting with our Director of HR, Nicole Moss.

How can I provide feedback to you?
We will communicate with you and employees throughout the lifecycle of a ticket. At the “close” of a ticket (when their issue has been completed) the owner of the ticket will be able to provide feedback about their experience. We encourage positive and negative feedback. Our focus is to provide the best possible experience for each of our client’s employees.

How will I know what Moss Consulting is working on?
We keep diligent notes on each task we perform, and this is included in our monthly billing. We can also pull reports from our ticketing system to show exactly what issues have come up and how we have resolved them.
