Week Two
This week, I learned so much through my experience working on the I-9 forms and offer letters for the SAN Airport Hotel. Being involved in these processes helped me better understand the importance of employee onboarding, attention to detail, and maintaining accurate documentation. I gained valuable hands-on experience and developed a greater appreciation for the work that goes into supporting new hires!
One of the highlights of my week was participating in the podcast. I had so much fun being part of the conversation and engaging. It was a great opportunity to build my communication skills. My stomach was hurting from how much I was laughing.
