During Week 6,
I have continued to learn and grow by becoming more confident in supporting my team wherever I am needed. I have gained valuable experience by assisting with updating offer letters and managing PTO requests, which has helped me better understand important HR processes and the importance of accuracy and organization.
I have also enjoyed helping Nicole with tasks she needs to complete. Supporting her has given me the opportunity to develop my teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills while learning more about the daily responsibilities within the department. I have become more adaptable by stepping in to help wherever assistance is needed, and I have learned that being dependable and willing to take on different responsibilities is an important part of contributing to a successful team.
Overall, Week 6 has strengthened my confidence, expanded my knowledge of HR operations, and reinforced the value of collaboration and flexibility in the workplace. I look forward to continuing to build on these experiences and learning even more in the weeks ahead!
