Week Three
This week, I had the opportunity to upload and sort offer letters for a company that I had not worked with before. Learning a new process and becoming familiar with a different company's documentation requirements helped me build my confidence and expand my knowledge. I also shadowed several team members who showed me how to work tickets and use specialized applications for various tasks and situations.
Although this week was only three days long for me, I have already learned so much. Observing experienced team members and gaining hands-on experience has given me a better understanding of the team's workflow and responsibilities. I am excited to continue learning, developing my skills, and contributing more as I become more familiar with the processes and systems!
